Absolute beginner
Have danced before but stopped for a long time and rehab after injury
Have other genre dance experience
What is covered: technical foundation work at the barre, posture, simple port de bras, stretching, simple jumps
Suitable for:
Have at least 3 years of classical ballet experience
Full barre work: pliés to grand battements & relevé
Centre work: including pirouettes, travelling turns & grand allegro
Suitable for:
Dancer above 55 years old, or have injury but wish to enjoy music & dance
Includes chair exercises
Suitable for:
